Pan'Ottone is our unique version of Panettone, a sweet bread loaf originally from Milan. Usually enjoyed during the Christmas festivities we offer our artisanal panettone during fall and winter time. A recipe perfectly balanced after many iterations by our Chef Patissier Giovanna Tommasi, kneaded with natural mother yeast and with no dyes, no preservatives and no chemicals. It is our true pride here at I Dolci della Regina.
