San Vigilino is a shortcrust pastry and raisin cookie born after the IIWW here in Garda, by the work of an English cook at Locanda San Vigilio reastaurant. The recipies, as all traditional dishes, are many. Here at I Dolci della Regina we followed and perfected one from a cook working at Locanda San Vigilio at the time.
